GMAP231: Week 10 Progress
Variant Gunner is a Unity project made in three weeks for a school assignment.
WASD or D-Pad to move.
IJKL or Arrow Keys or face buttons to use weapons.
Esc quits the game.
Skills Utilized:
Player controlled 2d or 3d vector based movement
Projectile shooting (from players or enemies)
Simple Enemy AI
MecAnim Animations
Singleton based Game Manager
Level Loading
Known Issues:
Boss 2's shield doesn't work.
Respawning causes the first sequence of enemies to not spawn.
In rare instances, it's possible to have the enemies of Level 3 spawn in Area 1 after dying in and completing Level 1.
Player spawns with full health once entering Area 2.
Boss 1 uses placeholder graphics.
The model for Area 1 is outdated.
Any feedback is appreciated! In particular, feedback regarding the difficulty of Boss 3 would be helpful.
